    Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Transformers can be customized based on project specifications, including voltage ratings, vector groups, switching configurations, protection devices, and enclosure designs.

Yes. Our engineering team can assist with transformer selection, technical documentation, and installation guidance to ensure the transformer meets your project requirements.

We conduct a full range of tests—including winding resistance, turns ratio, corrosion detection, and AC withstand voltage—and provide comprehensive reports that comply with IEEE/ANSI standards. You are also welcome to visit our facility to witness the product testing in person.

These two standards specify different transformer capacities.
    • CSA standards: 3000 kVA, 34.5 kV and below.
    • IEEE standards: 10000 kVA, high voltage 34.5 kV, low voltage 15 kV and below.

Selecting the right transformer depends on several factors, including required power capacity, system voltage, load characteristics, and distribution network design. Our engineering team can help evaluate your project requirements and recommend the appropriate configuration.
