Maddox Transformer’s Victor Hill production facility in Greer, SC houses 18,000 square feet of shop space for transformer remanufacturing , repairs , storage, and post-manufacturing modifications. The shop features a fully-stocked parts room, industrial paint booth, custom industrial oven, overhead crane, and tanks holding 90,000 gallons of mineral oil and FR3® Fluid. Several offices provide space for Maddox engineers and work order coordinators to design and schedule transformer remanufacturing and customizations. In addition to the production facility, this location also features a five-acre lay down yard where Maddox stores +2,000 new and remanufactured distribution transformers.
